Rules & Guidelines
Hours of Operation:
The Fitness Center can be accessed 24/7. However maintenance and cleaning does take priority. In this situation, members will not be refunded any portion of membership fees nor will credit be given. Failure to use facilities does not relieve a member of the financial obligation of membership.
General Rules:
No street shoes; absolutely no exceptions!
Water Only. No Food!
Music must be used with personal headphones.
Clothing, towels, or other personal items are the sole responsibility of the members. Do not leave personal items on the premises.
Anyone under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult.
Equipment Usage
The gym is an unsupervised area and equipment is used at your own risk.
Limit use of equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting to use it.
No equipment may be taken from the weight area. Please put all bars, plates, and dumbbells in their proper places.
Wipe off equipment after use.
Your payment signals that you have read and agree to the fitness center guidelines and rules. You assume full responsibility for any injury or damages which may occur to oneself while in, on, or about the premises of Burt Township and fully forever release and discharge Burt Township from liability of any kind.
